David Allen, 35 years old raised in Bergen County New Jersey, became interested in Real Estate while attending the University of Hartford. Upon graduation David joined a large Commercial Real Estate firm in Manhattan where he developed a specialty in retail real estate in New York City. David represents several landlords and tenants in New York and New Jersey. In addition he specializes in private schools, child care centers, and medical office space. He has represented REITS in both New York and New Jersey on long term land lease deals and has worked with the City of New York, New York University, churches, hospitals, and colleges. In addition David has negotiated transactions for national companies such as Avon Products Inc., Sabarro, Tutor Time, Grainger, Tandy Corp., Blimpie and many others. David manages nearly one hundred thousand square feet of retail and commercial space. Coldwell Banker Commercial became the perfect firm to service his customers and clients; David is a senior managing director licensed in both the State of New York and New Jersey.
