David Ballard joined Partners in 2025 as an equity Partner. Specializing in helping Office and Medical clients with their leasing and purchasing needs.
An active community leader, David is a Past President of the downtown San Antonio Rotary Club, Past President of the South Texas CCIM Board and Past Chair of the Economic Development Committee of Hollywood Park. He is a former Board Member of Easter Seals and the Greater Chamber CBD. Has served as a Board Member of the Real Estate Council Executive Board (EDF Chair) and San Antonio Rotary Club and is also the immediate past Chairman of the YEF Rotary Scholarship Fund and still very involved in the club. Serves as the current Chair of the board for Blood Cancer United (formerly LLS).
David is married and has two children.
