David Barr has specialized in Commercial real estate since 1990. He has completed all course work for CCIM designation and has served as President of Association of Realtors two times. David served on the Board of Directors of the Killeen Economic Development Corporation, the Killeen Reinvestment Zone and currently First Texas Bank. As a proud fourth generation native Killeenite he's brokered all types of commercial real estate: land for development (ex: 72 acres for Market Heights-a new power center in Harker Heights), commercial improved properties (ex: former Albertson's in Killeen & Wal-Mart in Copperas Cove), income properties (ex: strip centers & apartments) and participated in many 1031 exchanges. His firm manages and leases commercial properties in the market area. This includes professional office space, free standing buildings, garages, restaurants, retail strip centers, and free standing boxes. They offer Buyer/Tenant representation and are eager to work with all out of town brokers.
