David Belpedio is a Senior Associate on Northmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Kansas City, specializing in mid-market apartment transactions across the region. He works with private owners, family groups, and emerging funds, bringing a data-driven approach shaped by his background as both an owner-operator and lifelong real estate insider.
Before Northmarq, David spent four years at Clemons Real Estate, earning Rookie of the Year (2021) and Heavy Hitter honors (2022–2023) while advising clients across Kansas City and Lawrence. He previously founded and scaled Room & Roam into one of KC’s leading mid- and short-term rental operators—partnering with major landlords and ultimately selling the platform to a larger operator.
Earlier, David worked in Asset Management at Howard Hughes Holdings (NYSE: HHH), grounding his investment perspective in institutional fundamentals. He holds a BBA in Finance (Real Estate emphasis) from TCU and real estate licenses in Kansas and Missouri.
