David Benson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Masters in Tax Accounting and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He holds an Arizona Real Estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
David worked as a Tax Accountant with Ernst & Young in Baltimore Maryland before joining Sperry Van Ness. While at Sperry Van Ness, David successfully brokered over $120 million dollars in retail shopping center transactions.
David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and is active in the community.
