David is a principal member in the formation of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, which was launched in 2001. He has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and holds both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. David specializes in owner representation within the office and industrial markets and has a thorough knowledge of investment analysis and consulting for corporate and institutional users and investors.
David is very active in the community, serving on multiple boards of businesses and nonprofits. He was named one of the Top 10 Leasing Brokers by the Central Penn Business Journal.
