David Brooks has been in valuation and advisory services since 1978. His specialties include commercial, multifamily and hospitality properties. David has served as an expert witness in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and in Maryland Tax Court. He is past president of the Maryland Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and served as President of CHAI, a non-profit housing agency. He is a licensed real estate broker and a former member of the real estate faculty at Johns Hopkins University. David is a state-certified general appraiser in Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Virginia and Pennsylvania.
