David is an established veteran in the Twin Cities commercial real estate market. With nearly twenty years as a business professional, David uses his experience to consult with his clients as to how they can turn their real estate costs into a competitive advantage. He started his career in the Downtown Minneapolis office of CB Richard Ellis, focusing directly on representing Tenants in lease renewal and relocation scenarios. As the development of the Minneapolis Warehouse District became popular, David naturally specialized in the Downtown CBD, Warehouse District and Western submarket. His market knowledge and creative negotiation skills, coupled with the national strength and depth of services offered by Equis, enables David to provide excellent representation for his clients.
His project experience includes a broad range of institutions, law firms, insurance companies, high-tech firms and many other services oriented industries. David has been involved with over 1.5 million sq. ft. of transactions, ranging from 1,000 sq. ft. to over 70,000 sq. ft., comprising both lease and buy/sell dispositions.
