David Carrier was named Senior Vice President, Finance in February 2025. Mr. Carrier oversees all day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Company’s homebuilding operations and is responsible for the asset management and financial planning and analysis functions. Since 2001, he has served in several operational and financial roles within the Company, including President of the Raleigh Division, Area Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Finance for the Illinois Division.
Mr. Carrier is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University before beginning his career in the Detroit office of Ernst & Young.
