It all started after College when David's Mother Emily suggested he look into Real Estate, (Mother's always seem to know what's Best) David was Licensed in June 1985, he started working out of the Mendham and Martinsville office's of Richard C Fischer Realtors. After the closing of that Real Estate Company in 1989 David Castellano took his talents to Prudential Real Estate just down the road in Martinsville. (He has been there ever since) now Berkshire Hathaway.
David’s first full year in the Real Estate Business was 1986 and he reached the Circle of Excellence Award, Winning Bronze Level that same year and has made the acclaimed award every consecutive year since, Reaching Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Less than 1% of all Real Estate Agent achieve Platinum Level.
In 1989 David Castellano furthered his Real Estate Education and he went for his Real Estate Brokers License which would allow him to manage a Real Estate office or open his own Company, less than 1% of all Realtors hold a Broker’s License.
David Castellano has built a successful Real Estate career by caring for all his clients from start to finish, taking the time to understand each client's special needs & explaining and laying out a specific plan, whether Selling or Buying.
