Bio
David is a land and industrial real estate broker, specializing in sourcing new opportunities in land, industrial, and investments across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, Laredo, El Paso, Colorado, Arizona and the southeast United States. David primarily helps developers, investors, and businesses achieve their goals through acquiring and selling industrial land for both speculative and owner-occupied development as well as industrial investment properties, site acquisitions, build-to-suit, and design-build facilities.
David brings almost a decade worth of experience in the land and industrial real estate realm and was most recently the Senior Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) – Industrial Land Division for over four years. During his tenure there, he was responsible for developing and growing the Industrial Land platform where he was active in all primary and secondary Texas markets including the southeast U.S. He closed over 35 industrial land transactions totaling over 1,000 acres and grossing more than $300mm in deal volume during his time there. Prior to DMRE, David was a Senior Associate at Caldwell Companies specializing in land & industrial buyer-tenant representation as well as the General Manager for Palm Harbor Homes in Bryan-College Station for the preceding three years.
David graduated from Texas A&M University and obtained a BS in Construction Management with a minor in Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, hiking, and traveling the world.
