David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience and has represented solely occupiers and tenants for over 15 years. Active throughout the UK and Ireland, together with a number of EU countries, David’s clients have included Ford, Jaguar / Land Rover, Lear Corporation, IMI plc, Kuehne + Nagel, Fiat, Heineken, Fedex and a number of other corporate occupiers.
David has particular experience handling Landlord & Tenant matters, is considered an expert in rent reviews of warehousing and industrial property and has a wealth of experience in acquisitions including as part corporate mergers and take-overs.
