David Coia founded Barclay Group more than three decades ago in Florida. Through his strategic direction and planning, David has led the company in developing more than 8 million square feet of retail, office, and residential real estate throughout the Sunbelt region of the country. Mr. Coia accredits his company’s achievements through a team effort of cultivating and maintaining key relationships with national retailers. Besides overseeing day to day operations, one of David’s roles in the firm is to generate capital through both private and institutional sources. Earlier in his career, David developed his keen insights and knowledge by managing various real estate development projects and several successful start-up companies. Mr. Coia’s achievements span more than forty years in the real estate development industry.
