David Cook brings over 33 years of executive management experience in hospitality, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and public accounting. His hospitality expertise includes Raleigh-based Alliance Hospitality Management, LLC and Winston Hotels, Inc., a publicly-owned hotel REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), as well as Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc., currently one of the nation's largest independent hotel operators. In his role, Cook oversees all operating and fiscal functions of the company including strategic planning, policy formation, and performance management initiatives.
