A perennial top producer, Mr. Demarest brings with over 30 years of real estate experience and a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta market and the greater southeast.
Demarest leads a team of fifteen practitioners with varying degrees of expertise and specialization enabling the group to deliver a wide array of services to its diverse client base. With practice groups dedicated to both local transaction assignments in the Greater Atlanta area, corporate and regional headquarters assignments nationally and to outsourced corporate real estate portfolio services, he and his team are active in every major US market. Demarest has been active in the Atlanta real estate market since 1987 and has represented clients in transaction volume of over $4.0 billion in his career.
