David Dorros has joined Eastdil Secured as Managing Director. He will be based in Washington, D.C., and will focus exclusively on loan sales, short sales and other lender-driven transactions as a member of the firm’s Global Debt Platform.
Mr. Dorros most recently spent seven years as Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, overseeing its loan sales business. Prior to his time at Cushman & Wakefield, he founded and led CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sales Group. Mr. Dorros also served as an advisor to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation during the global financial crisis, where he led over 110 assignments on its behalf.
Known throughout the industry, Mr. Dorros has completed some of the industry’s largest and most landmark sales and advisory assignments to date encompassing all product types and geography including transactions in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
