Georgia Real Estate has been David Elrod’s career since 1973 but selling real estate and helping people reach their real estate goals is his specialty.
David is a native of Georgia and has over 45 years of Georgia real estate experience. He is one of the few Georgia Real Estate Brokers who has also earned a Georgia Certified Real Estate Appraiser designation. David’s career in real estate began by sweeping out homes under construction and it grew to include building homes, developing subdivisions, mortgage lending, appraising both residential and commercial properties, testifying as a court-recognized expert witness relating to real estate, and serving as the Chairman of the City of Grayson Planning and Zoning Board. David’s background and education make him uniquely qualified to help others meet their real estate goals.
David puts his clients first and treats people with respect and dignity. He has an “I’m working for you” approach and is friendly, warm, and engaging to those he meets.
