With 35+ years of experience, David has been involved in all phases of the business. Along with being voted “Best New Retail Development in DFW” for his work with Bass Pro Shops and the Bass Pro development land assemblage, David has played a fundamental role in assembling valuable tracts of land for retail development on behalf of Costco, Rockwall Independent School District, and Direct Development among many others. David’s core belief and reason for starting Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate is to bring experienced and professional commercial real estate services to communities outside of Dallas. “We feel there is a tremendous need for community-based service aimed at areas that are often overlooked by urban-based firms.
