Davis Eyzenberg is recognized as the leading ground lease expert with a proven track record in the space. His current focus includes inserting leased fee positions subject to long-term ground leases to optimize capital, advising landowners on creating ground leases for their assets, and arranging capital for both leasehold and leased fee assets.
Davis serves as a champion and protector of the Eyzenberg & Company culture, leading from the front and acting as a cheerleader, mentor, and coach to his talented team members. His overarching goal is to continue building the premier capital stack innovation firm within the commercial real estate industry.
He also relishes his role as an educator, having taught over 2,500 real estate professionals at a master’s level and fostering extensive relationships throughout the industry.
