Dave Fiore joined Walls Property Group in August 2021 as Asset Management Consultant. Dave has 16 years of multi-family experience including time at BRIDGE Housing (CalPERS partner) and Mill Creek Residential, where he led urban infill mixed-use development and acquisition efforts, successfully developing more than 1,500 units in the Bay Area.
Dave obtained an M.B.A. with a concentration in real estate from The Walter A. Haas School of Business, at the University of California, Berkeley and B.S. in Economics from Villanova University. Dave’s professional affiliations have included Urban Land Institute, San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) and Housing Action Coalition (HAC). When he’s not building at work, Dave can be found running after his son who’s determined to do his own demolition work on their home.
