David Fishbein leads leasing, project concepting, placemaking, and design at Runyon Group. Prior to founding Runyon, David founded and led retail brokerage and tenant advisory firm Innovative Retail Partners, where he was instrumental in establishing both Abbot Kinney in Los Angeles and Fillmore Street in San Francisco as contemporary retail destinations. He began his career as a retail consultant for Main Street Property in the Bay Area. David lives in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter, and dog Max.
