Bio
David is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leads the national Private Capital group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has 17 years of multi-housing real estate experience, including investment sales advisory as well as debt and equity placement.
David started at HFF in May 2017 and has completed more than $5.5 billion in investment sales transactions with more than 65,000 units sold. He was previously a Managing Director at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, where he was responsible for multifamily investment sales in the central U.S. Before that, he was a Vice President of Investments and Senior Director of the National Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
