Bio
David is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. He specializes in investment sale transactions and equity placements throughout New York and the Tri-State area, with a primary focus on office and retail properties. Throughout the course of his career, he’s participated in the
completion of more than $5 billion in real estate transactions.
David started at HFF in March 2016. Before that, he worked with the capital markets/investment sales group at Cushman & Wakefield (f/k/a Cassidy Turley & DTZ) since 2014. Prior to that, he spent considerable time on the investment teams at West-River Capital and Heitman and was a member of the investment sales group at DTZ Rockwood. He’s an active participant on ULI District and Product Councils and holds an MBA with a dual
concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s
degree from University of Pennsylvania.
