Bio
David grew up in Charleston, where he attended Porter Gaud School and later graduated from the University of South Carolina. His interest in the industry first sparked during his summer internship at NAI Charleston in 2020. He briefly ventured into medical sales after graduation, and in January of 2023, he moved to London to launch his commercial real estate career. He began work in Global Occupier Services, where he garnered experience in both flexible and traditional lease acquisitions in EMEA, APAC, and the U.S. He participated in 59 transactions for three global clients and assisted directors by developing cashflows, availability schedules, and initial reviews. He also assisted in client management, relationship growth, and negotiation strategy, as well as managing an online database for global clients. He achieved key RICS competencies and progressed towards undertaking the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. His tenant representation experience includes supporting directors with leasehold office, industrial, and laboratory projects as well as arranging client viewings and commute data. David will continue tenant representation here in Charleston, while expanding into medical office and land transactions.
