David joined Grey Hawk Advisors in 2016. His focus is on investment sales and tenant representation in the state of Texas. He has represented clients such as Taco Bell, Whataburger, Anytime Fitness and Dunkin Donut among others. A native Iowan, David is a graduate from The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) and began his real estate career in 2009 after 20 plus years of successful “Solution Selling” in the Information Technology industry. David has been involved in commercial real estate representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties. David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
