David is an Vice Chairmen in tenant representation at the Houston office of Stream Realty Partners, LP. He represents tenants in their real estate requirements, including lease acquisitions, renewals and restructures, build-to-suits and related assignments. David has consistently been recognized as a Cushman & Wakefield Top Producer in Houston. He was a top 50 producer company-wide in 2017 and was the recipient of the Cushman & Wakefield America’s Standing Ovation Award.
David is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas with more than 18 years of experience in real estate, law and finance. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, LP, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield as the Executive Managing Director of tenant representation, while also practiced law concentrating on civil and commercial litigation prior to that.
