Bio
David Harris is an Associate Vice President at Whitebox Real Estate. He serves as an advisor for tenants and focuses on providing his clients with unmatched service throughout the entire real estate process.
When David is not serving tenants, you’ll find him traveling to College Station to catch a Texas A&M football game. David enjoys tailgating, the fall, and loves to spend time with family and friends.
With experience in office and industrial brokerage, he has been active in commercial real estate since 2013. David Serves as an advocate and advisor for companies who lease or own real estate. He focuses on guiding his clients through the entire real estate process from strategic evaluation to lease negotiation through construction.
Since joining Whitebox in 2016, he has participated in more than 90 transactions – encompassing more than 300,000 square feet and value in excess of $25 million. In 2017, he was named a Power Broker by DCEO and completed 40 transactions in 21 states totaling more than 110,000 square feet and value in excess of $12 million. In 2018, David was responsible for 37 transactions in 16 states – encompassing 152,680 square feet and transactional value of more than $11 million.
