David is one of our directors. He specialises in commercial investment and development across London, in particularly the West End.
David previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he qualified as a chartered surveyor gaining experience in all aspects of investment, retail agency, valuation and development. Now, he uses this experience to give his clients informed and comprehensive investment advice.
Since joining Michael Elliott, David has been involved in over £1 billion of transactions. He recently advised on Hermes Real Estate’s acquisition of 12-32 High Street, Croydon, for £33 million and Workspace’s acquisition of Enterprise House for £25 million.
