David R. Hexter, Executive Vice President at NAI Pleasant Valley (formerly NAI Daus), brings over thirty-three years of experience in the Cleveland industrial real estate market to the Hexter-Calig team at NAI Pleasant Valley. David spent his first 13 years in the business at Grubb & Ellis and joined NAI Daus in 1997. He became a principal of NAI Daus in 2002. NAI Daus was purchased by Pleasant Valley Corporation of Medina, OH and changed its name to NAI Pleasant Valley in January, 2019.
David, a member of the prestigious Society of Office and Industrial Real Estate (SIOR), has represented very well known clients in his career. Some of those have included Keithley Instruments, Tranzonic Corporation, Medical Services Company, Columbia National Group, The Step2 Company, Key Bank and American Iron & Metal. David has represented these companies through selling or leasing their properties, relocating the companies to new properties, and through land assembling and coordinating new construction projects.
