Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve been immersed in real estate investment for as long as I can remember—officially since 2006. With a degree in Commercial Real Estate/Finance from the University of Georgia, I’ve spent my career diving into every corner of real estate. In the 3 years before joining Keller Knapp, I worked for the 2 largest short term rental management companies in Atlanta, underwriting new properties to add to the portfolio.
Beyond the corporate side, I’ve been hands-on with my own projects—live-in flips, house hacking, short-term rentals, ADU development, new construction, zoning, and subdivision. If it involves maximizing property potential, I’ve probably done it (or at least run the numbers).
My work as a Keller Knapp agent has focused on helping real estate investors with short term rentals, ADU development/sales, small multi-family properties, development/zoning and spec home development.
I also love helping my Virginia-Highland neighbors find their dream homes. My wife, Brittany, and I have lived in five homes within 300 yards of each other—only one of which was purchased on the market. We’re pros at the "neighborhood shuffle," and I know firsthand how to find hidden gems before they ever hit the market.
When I’m not talking cap rates, tax incentives, and zoning codes, you’ll find me chasing my three boys around soccer fields, volleyball courts, and Boy Scout events.
