David is an Atlanta native who attended Atlanta public schools and Georgia Tech He has lived in East Cobb County for the last twenty-four years.
David has thirty-four years experience in the real estate business, starting with Allan-Grayson Realty Co., which was later acquired by Rubloff, Inc. He is a life member in the Metro Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
David's experience as a real estate broker is varied. He has been responsible for the management and leasing of both general office and medical buildings as well as retail buildings and shopping centers. He has made significant retail leases in the central business district, along with extensive office leases, investment and user property sales, and made site selections for major hotel chains.
David has become an expert in the revitalization of older and historic properties. Having sold ten historic buildings in the central business district, his knowledge regarding the scope and costs of renovations is invaluable to an owner in assuring that a redevelopment project will be financially successful.
David has exclusively represented and assisted many national companies with their real estate needs. Among these are Delta Air Lines, ALCOA, Hartford Insurance Co., Continental Insurance Companies, New York Life, Burroughs, Norandex, Amana, Brinks, Time-Life, Trane Co., Western Union and Hertz.
David's real expertise is his experience in office and retail space design, construction costs and lease negotiations, all of which prove to be extremely useful to tenants and owners.
David is a founding principal in Meridian Property Group, Ltd. and serves as its President. He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia. David is an active member of the Fairlie Poplar Task Force where he serves on the investment committee.
