David Howes is an experienced professional Real Estate Broker with a diverse background in Real Estate which includes experience in Home Lending, Multiple Family, Retail Sales & Leasing, Investment Properties and Land Sales. At one time, David was a Senior Loan Officer for a national Mortgage Corporation.
David’s real estate experience spans more than 20 years with the emphasis on integrity, enthusiasm and his ability to do what is right for his clients. David demonstrates an extraordinary skill in the marketing of a client’s property and establishing long term client relationships.
Since moving to Las Vegas in 1995, David has developed working relationships with a variety of clients -- from large businesses such as Konami Gaming to smaller property owners to leasing tenants.
David grew up in Massachusetts, spent several years in the Military, graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a BA degree; worked a variety of jobs including TV & Film Production, Retail management before entering the real estate field.
