David Jankowski is a co-founder and principal of Revere Investments, where he oversees the acquisition and management of multifamily properties throughout Southern California. Since the firm’s founding in 2002, David has been instrumental in developing and executing its investment strategy, which emphasizes disciplined acquisitions and proactive asset management to maximize value.
Prior to forming Revere Investments, David served as Vice President at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc., an institutional real estate advisory firm. He joined Lend Lease (formerly Equitable Real Estate) in 1993, where he was responsible for supervising all aspects of real estate investments in Southern California and other southwestern markets. His experience at Lend Lease provided him with a strong foundation in institutional investment practices and portfolio management.
David earned a BA in Economics from Pomona College and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University. His academic training, combined with his extensive industry experience, enables him to navigate complex investment environments and deliver strategic solutions for property acquisitions and management. At Revere Investments, David continues to focus on sourcing value-add opportunities and ensuring the firm’s portfolio aligns with its long-term objectives.
