Dave started in commercial investment real estate in 1988 soon after graduating from UC Davis. He has been involved in the Central Valley Market since starting with a prominent commercial real estate firm in Modesto California. In 1996 Dave ventured out on his own and established JCB in November 1996. Since then, in addition to everyday commercial activity, Dave has been directly involved with many development projects from the ground up including the prestigious Bangs Business Park, a 20 acre development which included over 144,000 sq. ft. of buildings and securing tenants to lease the entire complex. It is important to Dave in developing long term relationships with his clients with a simple philosophy of treating his clients with integrity and respect while helping analyze and secure commercial real estate opportunities. Dave enjoys the everyday challenges of commercial real estate by thinking outside of the box and prides himself on problem solving and finding creative ways to make a deal come together.
