With over 30 years’ experience in the retail property market, David has an extensive track record in retail agency and development, including a broad knowledge of the Central London market. Having worked with numerous landlords and retailers, he has a keen focus on establishing viable property strategies for future performance and is involved in leasing a number of shopping centres for some of the UK's leading landlords. David has taken a pivotal role in advising some of the country’s top multiple retailers on their acquisition and disposal strategies throughout the UK.
David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and prior to setting up MMX Retail (now FMX), David was a Director of Savills and previously an Equity Partner of Blair Kirkman LLP. He has also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Grant & Partners.
