Accomplished senior sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of successful business experience which I apply to assist customers in leveraging current building technology in order to reduce energy consumption and energy costs while meeting business and sustainability goals.
Ultimately I work with building owners and operators to help them uncover whether their building(s) are helping or hindering their path to business results.
Utilizing Trane resources we identify areas of operational improvements of simple to complex HVAC systems that often lead to lower operational costs. In addition, we identify utility rebate opportunities to reduce capital expenditures that may be required to achieve these goals.
Over time many buildings drift away from their original design and/or do not take advantage of the most current building technologies. Trane has helped many businesses correct building issues that reward our customers by allowing them to achieve savings, user comfort, and environmental and sustainability goals.
