David Khoury is Co-Founder & Managing Principal of Priderock Capital Partners. David oversees the strategy and success of the firm, providing leadership to acquisitions, finance, and portfolio management. He served as the Chief Investment Officer of The Bainbridge Companies prior to Priderock Capital, from 2006-2008. During his tenure with Bainbridge, David analyzed and financed over $1.5 billion of acquisitions in Florida and the Washington DC Metro area. He has significant experience in establishing and maintaining debt and equity investor relationships.
