David Krumwiede is a 55-year resident of Arizona and a 37-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure in the market, Krumwiede has developed over 16 million sq. ft. and acquired over 6 million sq. ft. of Class A commercial product. Krumwiede spent 15 years with OPUS, where he ultimately became Vice President for the Southwest operations. In 2001, Krumwiede joined Lincoln Property Company as Regional Partner, where he continues to oversee a region spanning Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and New Mexico. As Senior Executive Vice President, his specific responsibilities include development, acquisition, disposition, debt/equity financing, joint ventures, leasing, and asset/property management.
