David Kwon serves as a Port Commercial Appraiser at the Port of Long Beach, one of America’s premier seaports. In this role, David oversees, conducts, and reviews real estate appraisals for port properties tied to lease contracts, permits, acquisitions, and major capital projects. He leads comprehensive appraisal studies, delivers strategic feasibility assessments, and advises on updates to leasing guidelines and appraisal policies.
With extensive experience in property valuation, David has completed approximately 1,200 commercial property appraisals across California and Washington. His expertise includes forecasting cash flow projections for executive management and ensuring accuracy and integrity in property assessments.
