Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, David is a full time Broker – this has enabled him to develop an extensive understanding of the Los Angeles area real estate market. David has extensive work in commercial sales and leasing and residential sales, representing both buyer and seller including, but not limited to, standard sale, probate, conservatorship, distressed, trust owned, 1031 exchanges and business sales. David's ability to successfully manage multiple buyers and sellers has earned him continued repeat business. David s extensive sales background, certifications, designations, and awards as a certified forms trainer reflects his finely tuned negotiating skills and the ability to address a wide range of situations. David is also fluent in Spanish.
