Intestinal fortitude, dedication, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence have defined David Livingston’s career as a commercial office broker in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 2010—when the market was still recovering from the Great Recession. This environment forged his resilience and set the stage for a disciplined, opportunity-driven approach to brokerage.
Beginning at Homestead Realty, Livingston specialized in the acquisition of bank-owned (REO) and distressed assets, representing both domestic and international investors. His work focused on identifying undervalued opportunities and repositioning them into stabilized, income-producing investments.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in December 2013, Livingston joined Cushman & Wakefield Commerce as a Research Specialist. There, he developed a deep, data-driven understanding of the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. By 2015, he transitioned into brokerage with Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Investment Services Group, where he expanded his expertise across investment sales, owner-user transactions, site selection, and leasing.
In 2026, Livingston founded Kinetic Property Advisors, a modern commercial brokerage built to bring energy, innovation, and execution to an evolving industry. Through Kinetic, he continues to focus on the medical and professional office sector, leveraging experience, market intelligence, and a results-driven approach to deliver exceptional outcomes for his clients.
