David was appointed Head of Development in March 2023. He was previously Head of Campuses, Head of Broadgate, and Head of Property Management. He joined British Land in 2010 and joined the Executive Committee in 2019. David has over 25 years’ experience of leading real estate teams and projects. Prior to British Land he worked at Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, and The London Development Agency.
