David spent 20 years in Manhattan and operated his own international marketing and sales company. This parlayed easily into real estate sales when he moved to the Hudson Valley. For him, it started as a weekend farmhouse house in the country – a getaway from Manhattan. But then David quickly saw the lifestyle advantage of being a full-time Hudson Valley resident. Coming from the overstimulating metropolis himself, David understands what a buyer from the city wants in a weekend home or when relocating. “I wanted to be around nature but also have the sense of community that a hip village can offer, plus I wanted a house that had the Wow factor.” The perfect full-time home ended up being a hilltop modern with views of the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains beyond. A private retreat. His mantra? It does not feel like work when you are helping people buy or sell properties that are this interesting and unique.
