David Warner is a markets aficionado who specializes in multifamily, mixed-use building representation, commercial sales, residential rentals and commercial leasing, always on the listing side. His territory since entering the real estate business years ago has been the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and Upper Manhattan. David previously held a stockbroker license and financial advisor license, working as a partner in a startup hedge fund for the majority of his early career. His deep understanding of investments and the importance of yield has helped guide him in representing building owners, which is his primary focus in his real estate practice. Clients appreciate the fact that David doesn’t sweet talk things, and tells it like it is to protect their interests and bottom line. They in turn have told him repeatedly that he’s the only broker they would ever trust. Also setting him apart is the fact that he works extremely hard and always takes the time to do the job correctly. Raised between Manhattan, Miami and New Jersey, David has been living on the Upper West Side most recently. He rents his apartment but invests in real estate, as he is a big believer. Personally, David sits on the Board of the TJ Martell Foundation, a charity that raises money for early stage cancer research. He speaks Hebrew and enjoys volunteering at his temple.
