Bio
David Marchisotto joined Avison Young in 2016 as a Marketing Coordinator working on both the Capital Markets team, as well as the Large Land Transactions Group in which he was responsible for designing all marketing collateral used for successful sales. In 2019, David was promoted to a Capital Markets Specialist and in 2021, he was promoted to Marketing Manager for Florida—where he now oversees the state's marketing department, which includes the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, and Boca Raton offices.
Managing all of the marketing and client services coordinators across Florida, David ensures that brokers and Managing Directors are able to market and sell their transactions in a successful and timely manner. He has over 25 years of experience in marketing, graphic design and production—and has worked with clients in the financial services, film, television, architecture, interior design and publishing industries.
