Bio
David McIntosh began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 while completing a Bachelor of Business (Property Valuations) at RMIT. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across multiple facets of the industry, including development and construction of major projects in partnership with leading brands such as Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, and Metcash (IGA). His expertise spans sales, acquisitions, and due diligence for retail developments, as well as providing commercial advice for retail and commercial leases. David has also managed complex town planning and building permit applications for large-scale projects. Known for his personable nature and deep understanding of property transactions, David has built a reputation for delivering successful outcomes for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys family life with his wife and eight children and pursues his passion for music, playing guitar and harmonica while preparing for his band’s next gig.
