David Melton is the Principal Broker of Pointe Commercial Real Estate and a national Dealership M&A and Buy–Sell Advisor with more than 40 years of executive and operating experience in dealership-driven industries.
David specializes in the investment sale, acquisition, and structuring of automotive, retail, and net-leased assets, with particular expertise in dealership real estate and operator-owned properties. His background uniquely combines capital markets advisory with firsthand dealership executive leadership, allowing him to structure transactions that align operating value with underlying real estate value.
In addition to brokerage services, David serves as Founder of Melton Advisors, where he represents dealership owners in sell-side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, succession planning, and strategic exits.
