Bio
With over 25 years of leasing and development experience in the commercial real estate industry, David Meyers has been an integral part of NewQuest since its inception in 2001. As Leasing Director, David manages a team of 30 brokers and oversees each of NewQuest’s project’s tenant mix. In addition, as Development Partner, David has been directly involved in the construction of over 60 projects totaling more than eight million square feet, including several major town centers: Stone Hill Town Center, New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside, Brazos Town Center, Grand Morton Town Center, and Shops at Katy Reserve.
David has completed numerous lease transactions ranging from 1,200 to 100,000 square feet while working as a broker.
A graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Economics, David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and finance advisory board of Monarch School.
