David joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023 having had nearly 20 years of prior experience as an industrial realty estate specialist. With his focus on Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller representation as well as Land and Capital Markets transactions in the Greater Houston Area, David has successfully completed more than $900,000,000 worth of deals. David began his career with First Industrial Realty Trust as the Sr. Leasing Manager for Houston overseeing a portfolio of 5,000,000 SF and most recently spent 15 years with Boyd Commercial, a local brokerage firm, where he was a Principal and consistent a top producer.
Education
David graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. David earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in July 2012 while working full time at Boyd Commercial.
