After 15 years as the owner of an office supply company, David entered the world of real estate. After 3 years, he bought his own franchise from Exit Realty. Then he traveled globally to train other professionals for Exit International. He soon purchased a second franchise, Exit Realty Plus, in Roslindale, MA.
With the economic downturn of 2008/2009, David stopped traveling, reevaluated his business, consolidated his franchises, and focused on the local needs of his clients. He then launched Equity Realty Plus, located in Brockton, MA. After several years of running an independent brokerage it became evident that a national brand was the way to go. David purchased a Century 21 franchise and within 1year sold to the largest Century 21 in Mass and is active in the franchise, coaching and assisting his team to see thru real estate transactions
